Who processes the data

What we process and why

Through the contact form we process your name, email, the content of your message and the project details you select in the form, solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and for other enquiries our legitimate interest in answering them under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Providing the data is neither a statutory nor a contractual obligation, but without it the form cannot be sent and we cannot answer your enquiry.

Who receives the data and how long we keep it

We use Resend as a processor to deliver the message; it processes the data in the United States under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses pursuant to Article 46 GDPR. We pass the data to no one else. We keep it for no longer than three years from our last communication.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. Just write to info@veldon.cz.
