Who processes your data

What we process and why

Through the contact form, we process your name, email address, the content of your message and the project details you select, solely to handle your enquiry. Under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For other enquiries, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to them under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Providing this data is neither a statutory nor a contractual obligation, but without it, you cannot submit the form and we cannot respond to your enquiry.

Who receives the data and how long we keep it

We use Resend as a data processor to deliver your message. It processes the data in the United States under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR. We do not disclose the data to anyone else. We retain it for no more than three years after our last communication.

The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies.

Your rights

You have the right of access and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.
