A boutique residential project with 14 apartments needed a sales website. From brief to launch it took less than a week.
Design first
First the design system and a mock of the whole site. The client saw how the website would look before we started building. What you approve is what you get.
Apartment cards from the architect's files
From CAD drawings and floor plans we prepared a card for each of the 14 apartments: layout, floor area, downloadable PDF.
Interactive apartment selector
Visitors pick a floor and an apartment right on the page and send an inquiry straight away.
Interior visualisations
For selected apartments we prepared interior visualisations so buyers could picture them furnished.
Realpad integration
The website pulls data about all apartments, including availability, straight from Realpad. Inquiries go directly to the broker's system. No copying from e-mails.
Server, security and SEO
We deployed the site on our hosting with HTTPS and backups. Technical SEO and performance were tuned before launch. We keep running it.
A few feedback rounds and launch
The client commented, we adjusted. After a few iterations the website went live on its own domain ksirovalofts.cz within a week of the brief.
